My name is Sibylle Walters. I’m the owner-director of Flairs Gymnastics located in Davie, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.flairsgymnastics.com. On behalf of ExpertVillage.com, I’d like to welcome you. And now we’re going to demonstrate the stretching part of the warm. Okay ladies stand up nice and tall; open your legs wide, put your hands out to the side, and stretch over to each side. Nice and long all the way. Put your arms way over your head and go to the other side. All the way over, all the way stretched. Go to the center please, ready bend over and put your through if you can. Very good, and stand back up. Put your hands on your hips; circle your head one way, and the other. Roll your shoulders backwards and forwards and sit down please. Okay put your arms way over your head and bend over, straighten your legs and touch your toes, nice and far. All the way, all the way, and flex your feet, hold on to your toes and stretch. Excellent. Very good. Sit in a straddle please, open your legs, arms out to the side and go to each side. One and back, and two and in the center. Nice and easy, right. All the way, point your toes. And we’ll be right back.
Thnks this works so well.
