Hi my name is Kensey Snyder on behalf of Expert Village. We’re going to summarize up the golf swing with the driver. So we went through the grip really quick and the posture and alignment, so always remember to keep some tabs on that. You want to see 2 knuckles when you look down, definitely keep the grip in the fingers. From here it’s a turning motion all the way from the takeaway to the set of the top of the backswing. Remember to feel as if the body is going to turn and you can see that I’m going to get my club moving this way, left shoulder over the right knee, do not left and do something like that which will rob you of a lot of power. So from here I go up into here and let my body bring the club down, you can see that I really stored up the power, the energy. You want to keep it, you want to store it and from here you’ll let it go, you turn and you hit it and you make that nice finish all the way to the top with the weight gone off the right foot into the left foot. And when you’re playing try not to think too much, the golf swing happens so quick, you don’t have too much time to think, it is a game try to get it from a to b and have fun with it. It’s a great game you can be socially, competitive, you can get anything you want out of it, but it’s much more fun to play better. So remember these things that I told you today, I’m sure they will help quite a bit and have a great time out there.
Kensey's tips are so easy to follow. I've paid big bucks before, and didn't understand a thing the pro told me. Mike Hopkins
